Just got it going
I had the same experience as most, it seems. I read about this in the New York Times and bought it. Then I read the reviews.
It took some work to get it going on the system. I e mailed the company, and they request I go to the Activity Monitor. I found the Privacy Pro in Memory, with a ghost icon. I clicked that and then it appeared on the menu bar as a ghost. I clicked that and the drop down menu has Turn on as the first choice, so I turned it on and the icon filled in. I then clicked start at log on (see picture above) and all seems to be working now.
I took a star away because of the work around with the program to get it going.
